Case study 01
Investment property in Savannah, GA. Dated bungalow with wood paneling, drop ceilings and worn carpet throughout — taken back to a clean shell and rebuilt inside and out: new roof, new kitchen, new bath, flooring and paint end to end.
New architectural shingle roof, full exterior repaint, rebuilt porch railing and steps, cleaned-up approach and landscaping.
Drop ceiling removed, new cabinets, butcher block counters, tile backsplash, recessed lighting and a full stainless appliance package.
Paneling and drop ceiling removed, walls and ceiling drywalled and painted, new flooring, baseboards, casing and blinds throughout.
Fiberglass surround replaced with large-format tile, new vanity and butcher block top, new toilet, tile floor and matte black fixtures.
Carpet pulled to bare subfloor, walls repaired and repainted, new LVP flooring, baseboards, blinds and ceiling fan.
